Terms & Conditions for PurpleStay

1. Nature of the Relationship

PurpleStay provides a bespoke negotiation service. We do not own, manage, or operate any hotels or transport services. All bookings are contracts made directly between the Member and the End Supplier (the Hotel).

2. The "Digital Key" Access (PBTC)

Access Only: Possession of 1 PBTC grants access to the negotiation platform only. It is not a deposit for travel and does not guarantee a specific discount percentage.

No Financial Advice: The requirement to hold PBTC is a technical gate, not an investment recommendation.

3. Total Liability Shield

Zero Liability for Suppliers: We are not responsible for injuries, death, property damage, or delays caused by any hotel, airline, or local transport provider.

Indirect Damages: In no event shall PurpleStay’s total liability exceed the service fee (if any) paid by the user for the specific request in question.

Force Majeure:We are not liable for "Acts of God" (weather, strikes, pandemics) that result in travel cancellations.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Supplier Rules:All bookings are governed by the Supplier’s cancellation policy (e.g., "Non-Refundable" means exactly that).

No Chargebacks:Members agree not to initiate "chargebacks" or payment disputes through their credit card provider for issues related to hotel service quality.
